Do you ever feel different from other people? Like whatever normal is, it just isn’t you? Do you feel like you need to diminish yourself in order to “get along”? Or maybe like you are always getting in your own way? I believe that people are on an ongoing journey of self-discovery and personal growth. My job is to help you tune in to the “you” that feels most true, and practice living with intention. I work with teens and college-aged adults around issues of ADHD, gender and sexual identity, nontraditional relationships and healthy boundaries, and navigating a changing world.

I help people build the creativity and confidence to express themselves while also balancing the needs of others. Together we will engage our curiosity and experiment with new ways of thinking and being. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and conflict mediation as well as unconventional approaches like movement and art to support client goals. I provide therapy via Telehealth and phone to allow you to access services at the time and place that feels most convenient and comfortable for you.

My style is fun, open, and approachable with a healthy dose of “real talk.” The first several sessions I will get to know you and your world, then gradually move into identifying patterns and problem-solving. You are hiring me to help you find some clarity in your life, so I am going to set up a space for darkness to come to light. Let’s enjoy the process!

Testimonial of a Former Client:

"I had bad experiences with previous therapists, so for 2 decades I avoided them. I found Siri, and she changed my view of therapy. She has helped me to diagnoses that I was unaware I had, so I never treated the illnesses directly. Now that I know myself better through her, I can identify detrimental thought processes and talk myself out of them significantly more than I ever have. I had an inpatient hospital stay and Siri was invaluable during that time, working with my family and my hospital to make my care appropriate for my condition. We’re doing EMDR therapy to work through past traumas and I’m finding connections and comfort that I never knew was possible. She saved my life. Literally. I highly recommend her practices and calming approach to care."
